"A plate of rapini a day keeps the cafones away."

Cafones? At least, that's what I think he said. He pronounced it like "buffoons" which is actually a good interpretation according to the online dictionaries I searched. Hey, whaddya want, I'm not Italian.

He's right, though. Rapini rocks (but I wouldn't want to eat it every day).
