Not quite a perfect bridge hand

The 1943 Hitchcock movie Shadow of a Doubt, like most of his other films, includes a brief cameo of Hitchcock. In this one, he's a passenger on a train, playing bridge, holding this hand. One of the other players remarks that he doesn't look too well. Do you know why?
